6. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for providing and improving our Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you provide and agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SecuredStitch disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

SecuredStitch does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SecuredStitch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SecuredStitch and its licensees and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses resulting from your use and access of the Services, or a breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
